Wax-based, solvent-containing, black corrosion protection agent for vehicle underbodies with added polymers and rust protection additives. The material can be finely sprayed and is characterized by good sag resistance. It is fast-drying and forms a closed wax protective film even in thin layers. The dry film has good adhesion and corrosion protection properties. It is mainly used for repair work on wax-coated vehicle underbodies and specifically for after-treatment of all protective coatings, such as those based on PVC, PVC/wax, bitumen/rubber, and rubber/resin. Furthermore, the material has proven effective for the after-treatment of hard-to-reach areas where rust spots preferentially form, for supplementing protective coatings based on PVC and wax, and for selective work and repairs on all underbodies after accident repairs.
