Disassembling a bicycle

Bicycles are delivered in a box (85% assembled) as standard, meaning there are still some parts that need to be assembled upon receipt. We recommend having your bicycle prepared by a certified bicycle mechanic. A bicycle needs to be properly assembled and adjusted. The following things still need to be done before you can safely get on the road:

• We recommend lubricating the rotating parts
• Tensioning the chain
• Adjusting the gears and brakes

Delivery of bicycle

We pack bicycles in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transport. Upon delivery, the handlebars will be slightly turned and the pedals will not be installed.
