Consistent efficiency: The drive boasts a long service life compared to that of a conventional chain, where efficiency is significantly reduced by wear or dirt. Installing a Gates Carbon Drive Belt Drive requires a specially-made frame, therefore we strongly advise against using one to modify a conventional framework.
