Description
Stainless: Enduro Bearings produces certain series of bearings made with stainless 440C steel bullets. This material offers maximum resistance to corrosion in all circumstances. Depending on the application, the ABEC 3 or ABEC 5 quality is used. Stainless steel bullets have 20% less capacity than the 52100 steel bullets that are used in most of our bearings, but these do have better protection against corrosion. Enduro Bearings uses a CRC Marine fat in these bearings as extra protection against pollution. LLU: similar to our LLB type, the LLU is a contact seal in which the double "lips" houses in a notch of the inner ring. A better seal guarantees, the seals are ideal for the pivots of the suspension or the ball heads that are constantly in contact with salt, sweat and dust. This better seal and the 2 «lips» help to maintain 90% of the fat that we use on the bearings, so to protect it against humidity and continuously lubricating the bullets and the bullet track.
