Cold zone

The heating element hangs a few centimeters above the bottom in the liquid frying fat of the cold zone fryer. Because the heat radiates upwards, the fat at the bottom remains cooler. Frying residues sink to this cold zone and do not burn. This means the fat lasts longer and you are less bothered by frying smells.
 

Easy to clean

Cleaning this fryer is very easy. You can put the lid, frying basket and reservoir in the dishwasher. Clean the outside of the fryer with a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
