Description
The premium products have all the properties of normal cast iron Dutch ovens and skillets. This means that they are suitable for all heat sources, induction, gas, fire, ceramic, halogen and oven. Cast iron pans can reach a much higher temperature than other pans and hold the heat considerably longer. Note that when the pan reaches a higher temperature than the smoking point of the oil, it burns. Therefore, do not use oil for grilling at a higher temperature and treat the pan after cleaning with a little oil to prevent it from rusting. These sturdy, cast -iron pans ensure good heat supervision and are easy to use and clean thanks to the enamel layer. The Windmill Premium pans are pre-seasoned, which means that they do not have to be burned in.
