De BY-BM3030 van Boya is een supercardioïde condensator richtmicrofoon, geschikt voor algemene geluidsregistratie op locatie. Deze richtmicrofoon is compatibel met spiegelreflexcamera's, camcorders en audiorecorders. Met een ingebouwde schokdemper worden onnodige trillingen tot een minimum beperkt, terwijl het windfilter zorgt voor minder windruis.
