De Schwalbe Lugano II draadband is een instapmodel band dat geschikt is voor fietsliefhebbers die niet graag lek rijden. Met de anti-leklaag is de kans op een lekke band kleiner, hoewel dit wel resulteert in een iets hogere rolweerstand en gewicht.
