The mowing head is specifically designed for use with STIHL's light petrol and cordless brushcutters. The PolyCut 6-2 is equipped with two movable plastic blades. Compared to mowing heads with three movable blades, less energy is required for mowing, allowing you to use the cordless brushcutter longer on a single charge. The slightly elevated cutting height reduces unwanted contact between the blades and the ground, thus preventing premature wear. Thanks to its large cutting circle of 330 mm, the STIHL PolyCut 6-2 allows you to cut grass or trim grass edges quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, the plastic blades are easy to replace without tools. You can also use the STIHL PolyCut 6-2 with mowing line, available with a diameter of 2.0 mm and 2.4 mm, for example, to trim along grass edges or in corners and to remove weeds.
