Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed and shipping from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In that case, we'll notify you by the email you provided when placing your order.

 

Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We strive to deliver orders within 1 day to all European countries, with a maximum of 4 days. Orders to countries outside of Europe (for example; North / South America, Asia, Australia etc.) can take up to 8 days to be delivered. Below an overview of all our shipping rates:

Please note: these shipping costs are based on 'standard packages'; shoe box size with a maximum weight of 5 KG. When a very large / long distance order is placed shipping costs may be higher, we will always get into contact with you by email before shipping the order to discuss this.

We reserve the right to cancel orders when no agreement is reached on the shipping costs.

 

Incorrect or unsuccessful delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.

If a package is returned to us because the customer was not available at the time of delivery, refused the delivery, or provided an incorrect address, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the item is not eligible for return or refund (e.g., out of 14 day return window, customized or hygiene-sensitive items), we may not be able to refund the order at all. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

 

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

The tracking link will be active within 24–48 hours.

 

Customs, duties & taxes

Tormino is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied to your order.

All charges imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or damaged packages

Tormino is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. You may also reach out to us at support@tormino.com and we'll assist where possible.
