This Popular lock from Abus has an IvyTex cover. This cover protects your frame against scratches caused by friction from the lock's chain. The chain is made of hardened steel and has a thickness of 8 mm. The chain can be connected to multiple Abus locks. This lock serves as additional security, for example to chain the bicycle to a fixed object with a pre-mounted ring lock. No key is required for this lock as it opens when you remove your bicycle from the bicycle lock. 8 mm thick (hardened steel) square chain with an IvyTex cover against scratches.
