Brass: Birmingham is an economic strategy game set during the Industrial Revolution from the 1770s to 1870s. Players take on the role of competing entrepreneurs in Birmingham, building and developing their industry and network to take advantage of fluctuations in market demand. The game introduces a new action, Scout, which allows players to customize their strategy. It is played in two phases: the Canal Age and the Rail Age, with the player with the most victory points at the end of each phase winning.
