Train all your football skills, from stairs to throwing! Thanks to the Velcro you can easily attach the ball to the holder/net. The ball holder is attached to an elastic cord that connects the waistband at the other end. Attach the band around your waist and you can continue to train endlessly!
Another advantage is that you don't constantly have to pick up the ball. The elastic cord is 2.2 meters long and can be stretched to a maximum of 6 meters.
Note, the product is suitable for ball sizes 3, 4 and 5. No ball is supplied.
