The AXA Defender is a high-quality frame lock that offers optimal security thanks to its anti-drill cylinder and hardened steel shackle. The ergonomic operating knob provides maximum comfort. Should you happen to lose your bicycle key, no problem. A spare key can be ordered through the AXA online key service and will be delivered within a few days.
The ring lock has an ART 2 star approval, which means the lock meets the requirements for taking out bicycle insurance.
The AXA Defender can be mounted in several ways. The lock is mounted to mounting holes in the bike frame by default. If there are no mounting holes in the bike frame for a frame lock, you can order and use AXA Flex mount strips.
The AXA RLC 140 plug-in chain features a 10mm thick, hardened steel plug-in pin. The plug-in chain secures your bike to a fixed object like a lamppost or fence for maximum security. The plug-in chain comes in a black sleeve and is 140cm long.
A handy saddle bag is included in which the plug-in chain can be stored.
