The Basil Navigator Waterproof M is a single pannier with a capacity of 12 to 15 liters. This sporty black pannier is made of taurpaulin and 600D polyester and is 100% waterproof (IPX 3). The pannier has a roll-top closure that can be rolled in two ways: to the back of the pannier or on top. The pannier has a detachable and adjustable shoulder strap and a reflective elastic band on the front.
