The Shimano e-bike battery adapter is designed for testing Shimano e-bike batteries. With this adapter, the battery remains active and can be tested. The adapter is compatible with Shimano BT-E6000, BT-E6001, and BT-E6010 batteries. Shimano Steps e-bike batteries are used by various e-bike brands, including BMC, Cortina, Focus, Gazelle, Kalkhoff, Merida, Scott, Sparta, Cannondale, Dutch ID, HPvelotechnik, Koga, Oxford, Pegasus, WMS, Bergamont, Brinke, Drossiger, KTM, Puch, Venturelli, Achielle, Alba, Azorbike, bakfiets.nl, Beaufort, Flanders, Frapp, Olympia, and Popal.
- Adapter cable AT00038 is required (included with the delivery of a Battery Tester)
- Connect the adapter to the battery tester with the adapter cable AT00038
- Slide the adapter into the battery
- Press the button on the battery to turn it on
- Start the battery tester and follow the instructions
Caution: The USB port on the adapter is only intended for firmware updates and should not be used. Incorrect use may cause damage.
