Diamond Care contains pure, natural activated carbon for highly effective odor control and aloe vera for gentle care. The pure, natural activated carbon is made from coconut shells, a sustainable resource. Activated carbon is a highly porous form of carbon with a huge internal surface area. The aloe vera is applied as a liquid and sprayed over the litter, giving each granule a nourishing shower.
