The Byomic Study Microscope BYO-30 is a biological microscope with transmitted light illumination. This makes the microscope ideal for observing cells and microorganisms. The BYO-30 is a microscope for experienced users and is often used in secondary education. The minimum magnification can be adjusted from 20x to a remarkable 640x.

• Housing:

  The BYO-30 features a sturdy metal housing with an integrated 100 x 90 mm stage, equipped with two sturdy clamps to securely hold a specimen in place. Because the specimen doesn't shift, you can observe it without any problems. A cross-stage is also included, which can be mounted on the stage. This allows you to clearly see the size of the larva you're observing. To mount the cross-stage, you must first remove the clamps from the stage.

• Focus wheel:

  The focus wheel adjusts the distance between the objective and the stage. This allows the specimen to be viewed with pinpoint clarity at the correct distance.

• Back of case:

  On the back of the enclosure, next to the power cord, is the on/off switch for operating the light, and the fuse is located on the other side. On the far right of the microscope, you'll find the illumination dial.

• Eyepieces:

  The Byomic BYO-30 is equipped with one wide-angle eyepiece with a 10x magnification and two eyepieces with a magnification of 5x and 16x, respectively. Eyepieces with different specifications are also possible. The tube fits eyepieces with a diameter of 23mm (see optional accessories).

• Objectives:

  The objective turret contains three achromatic objectives (4x, 10x, and 40x), achieving a maximum magnification of 640x. These objectives can be interchanged, allowing for other magnifications.

• Relief:

  The Byomic BYO-30 has an LED on the base under the table that provides transmitted lighting.
  Underneath the table is a rotating wheel with five holes of different sizes. This controls the amount of light transmitted. The brightness of the light can also be adjusted with the rotating wheel on the right.

Application Byomic Study Microscope BYO-30

The Byomic Study Microscope BYO-30 is suitable for examining bacteria and parasites in fish and feces, among other things. It's also an excellent choice for examining blood and urine.
