We make no compromises in terms of functionality and durability, thanks to a weight and wear-optimized material mix for our cassettes: while the largest and heaviest sprockets are made of aluminum to save weight, the smaller sprockets are made of particularly High Tensile steel to better withstand the higher torques applied to the small number of teeth. This means our Grad cassettes offer greater durability than conventional cassettes, which benefits you with higher mileage (and thus longer maintenance intervals) and longer superior shifting performance. Our Grad cassettes have special ramps for the chain, allowing all your gears to shift faster and smoother, so you don't have to think about shifting processes and can fully concentrate on cycling.
