We make no compromises on functionality and durability, thanks to a weight and wear-optimized material mix of our cassettes: while the largest and heaviest sprockets are made of aluminum to save weight, the smaller sprockets are made of special High Tensile steel to better withstand the higher torques exerted on the small number of teeth. This means that our Grad cassettes offer greater durability than conventional cassettes, which you benefit from higher mileage (so longer maintenance intervals) and longer superior shifting performance. Our Grad cassettes have special chain offset plates, which make all your gears shift faster and smoother, so you don't have to think about shifting processes and you can fully concentrate on cycling.
