The Foscam V4EC 4MP Starlight PoE security camera is an outdoor security camera with a starlight sensor. The camera has four additional spotlights that illuminate the surrounding area to deter unwelcome visitors, for example, and it records video when motion is detected. Naturally, this camera also has IR illumination for night vision.
