Goodyear Peak TLR 29 Folding Tire

When it's time to drop the hammer and crush climbs, the Peak bicycle tire is the speed demon of mountain biking. A round profile, closely spaced tread, and supple casing contribute to the Peak tire's low rolling resistance, while providing ample traction and braking performance thanks to the edges on each knob and the multidimensional Dynamic:A/T compound. A folding tire that is functional without an inner tube, but requires sealant to maintain tire pressure as defined by ISO 4223-1. A tubeless-ready bicycle tire uses a butyl-coated bead to seal the tire against the rim. Generally, the rim is sealed with non-porous tape, while the tire casing requires sealant to hold air.
