Description

The double-walled pot from Hi is perfect if you want to use the Bain-Mariem method to prepare a special recipe or to warm up some food.

To use this double pan, fill the lower pan with one or two centimeters of water. Then add the desired composition to the upper pan and turn on your hob. While the water heats up and steam is released, the steam is caught between the two pans. This then heats the food in the upper pan.

The Hi Bain-Mariepot is made of stainless steel and has a flute challenge function. It is perfect to melt the chocolate that you want to add to a birthday cake!
