The Intel Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4 enhances performance in multi-processor systems by efficiently balancing network loads across multiple central processing units (CPUs). With 1000 Mbps data transfer speeds over four RJ-45 ports, this adapter can span distances of up to 100 meters using CAT5 copper cabling. The adapter also supports Single-Root I/O Virtualization (SR-IOV), allowing a single I/O resource to be shared directly among multiple virtual systems. Intel Ethernet Power Management Technology helps reduce energy consumption when the system is idle.
