The Inventum double cold zone fryer GF461B has a total capacity of 5 liters, 2.5 liters per deep fryer. The deep fryers each have a power of 1800 watts. The fryer is equipped with removable inner pans and a stainless steel housing. With the double fryer you can fry fries and snacks at the same time. The heating element hangs directly in the liquid frying fat. As a result, the temperature sensor responds much faster than with a traditional deep fryer. Cold zone
The heating element hangs a few centimeters above the bottom in the liquid frying fat of the cold zone fryer. Because the heat radiates upwards, the fat at the bottom remains cooler. Frying residues sink to this cold zone and do not burn. This means the fat lasts longer and you are less bothered by frying smells.

Cleaning this fryer is very easy. You can put the lid, frying basket and reservoir in the dishwasher. Clean the outside of the fryer with a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
