The Inventum GF461B double cold-zone deep fryer has a total capacity of 5 liters, with each pan holding 2.5 liters. Each deep fryer has an 1800-watt capacity. The deep fryer features removable inner pans and a stainless steel housing. With the double deep fryer, you can fry fries and snacks simultaneously. The heating element is suspended directly in the liquid frying fat. This allows the temperature sensor to respond much faster than with a traditional deep fryer. The fries sear quickly and become extra crispy.

Cold zone
The heating element hangs a few centimeters above the bottom of the fryer, immersed in the liquid frying fat. Because the heat radiates upward, the fat at the bottom stays cooler. Frying residue sinks to this cold zone and doesn't burn. This extends the life of the frying fat and reduces frying odors.
Easy to clean
Cleaning this deep fryer is very easy. The lid, basket, and reservoir are dishwasher safe. Clean the outside of the deep fryer with a damp cloth and a little dish soap.
