Description

The Inventum GF431 B cold zone deep fryer has a 3-liter capacity and 2200 watts of power. The temperature is easily adjusted with the dial, up to a maximum of 190°C. The deep fryer features a removable inner pan and a black casing. The heating element is suspended directly in the liquid frying fat. This allows the temperature sensor to respond much faster than with a traditional deep fryer. The fries sear quickly and become extra crispy.
