Description

The Inventum GF645 F cold zone deep fryer has a 4-liter capacity and 3000 watts of power. The temperature is easily adjusted with the dials, up to a maximum of 190°C. The deep fryer features a removable inner pan with an enameled coating, a filter system, and a stainless steel housing. The heating element is suspended directly in the liquid frying fat. This allows the temperature sensor to respond much faster than with a traditional deep fryer. The fries sear quickly and become extra crispy. You'll no longer be bothered by frying odors thanks to the handy anti-odor filter. To simplify filtering the frying fat, this deep fryer is equipped with an oil filter.
