To use the Konus mounting, loosen the upper ring half from the bottom. Then loosen the ring clamp in the bottom left and attach it to the weaver or picatinny railings. Place your rifle scope on the bottom ring halves and loosely attach the upper ring half to this. Insert your rifle scope in the desired position and tighten the mounting screws firmly. The rifle scope is now ready for use. It is advised to tighten the screws with a force of 1.5 to 1.8 Newton meter.
