Description
Create beautiful cells/bubbles in your liquid/Acrylic Pouring painting with this silicone-based medium, which is added to a mixture of acrylic paint and pouring fluid from the same series. Silicone oil gives new properties to the paint mix, giving the end result an abstract, cell-like expression. Follow the method by mixing acrylic paint and pouring fluid in one cup per color. Now add 2-3 drops of silicone oil to the mixture (per color) and stir. Once all the colors have been layered into one cup and have settled onto a canvas, the many bubbles/cells can be further pushed around, for example, by gently blowing with a straw or a hairdryer on low heat. Note: Remember to cover the surface you are going to work on with plastic first.
