Properly cut ingredients retain their aromas, the flavor is only released when eating and is not lost when cutting. In addition, grating with a Microcut grater is noticeably easier. The razor-sharp cutting edge is perfect for easy grating of citrus fruits, nuts, garlic, nutmeg and onions. The grater will last for years and remains sharp, even after frequent use. Thanks to the soft plastic on the bottom, the grater does not slip, which is safe. And to prevent the ingredients from slipping during grating, the entire cutting blade is slightly bent inward. Dishwasher safe.
