It's the easiest and gentlest way to transition while still giving your baby the cozy, secure feeling of swaddling. Place your baby's legs in the leg section and their arms in the "wings" of the wrap. Wrap the sides over your baby and secure them with the zipper over their chest. This allows your baby to sleep in a natural position with their arms up. It also gives your little one access to their hands for self-soothing.
