Luna Optics LN-G3-M50 Digital Day and Night Vision Monocular 6-36x50 Gen-3

The Luna Optics LN-G3-M50 is a digital day and night vision monocular with a 50mm lens and 6x to 36x zoom. This third-generation monocular features the latest generation of image sensors. The surroundings are projected in full HD on the 0.38" HD AMOLED-Q 1280x720 display, providing you with truly razor-sharp images.

By day, the LN-G3-M50 is a spotting scope and full-HD digital camera; at night, it's a night vision device, allowing you to observe even in the darkest of nights. For this, the device uses a CMOS infrared sensor and a built-in 850nm LED infrared illuminator. At night, the maximum observation distance is approximately 1200m (full moon, cloudless) and an impressive 400m in complete darkness. During use, you can choose from three different observation modes. During the day, you can use the full-color function, while at night you can display images in Night Vision Green or Black and White. The latter is primarily used for reading text (such as license plates or text on buildings), while the navy green image is popular for general nighttime observations.

Recordings from the 12.2MP camera and 1080p video recorder are stored on the included 8GB microSD card. The monocular also offers the option of transferring recordings via USB cable, or to your Android or iOS smartphone via Wi-Fi. You can also create a direct video connection to any HDTV or monitor using a micro HDMI cable (not included). For safe and easy transport, a 100% waterproof carrying case is available as an option.

The monocular is universally applicable, but specifically designed for demanding private and professional users. Furthermore, the device is also an extremely suitable aid for professional activities such as rescue operations, navigation, security, law enforcement, and defense.

Compared to Gen-2 night vision devices, Gen-3 night vision devices offer greater light output and improved display quality.
