Copaslip is a lead-free anti-corrosion paste. The product consists of finely dispersed copper particles in a non-fusible bentonite base, to which highly effective antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors have been added.
Copaslip forms a film between the metal parts that can withstand very high temperatures (up to 1350 degrees).
In addition to these properties, Copper + Plus offers excellent protection against corrosion, moisture, and vibration. The product is resistant to acids, water, brine, and alkali.
Copaslip is a heat-resistant, lead-free assembly paste. It protects metal joints exposed to high temperatures, water, or chemicals from rusting or galling. Using Copper + Plus when assembling metal parts makes them easy to remove, even after years. Copaslip applied between the brake pads and brake cylinder prevents annoying squeaking. Caution! Do not apply to the brake disc.
