Made of waterproof polyester, it's water-repellent for moderate rain showers. The main compartment is spacious and offers plenty of storage. It also has an additional zippered pocket under the front flap. The pannier closes easily with snap buckles. The Joli double is suitable for almost all bicycles, including electric ones.
