The Happy set consists of 3 brightly colored Moonlight gel pens for a unique and individual colorful fluorescent effect. The collection consists of Fluorescent Yellow (403), Fluorescent Orange (405) and Fluorescent Green (427). Gelly Roll Moonlight has the brightest and most vibrant colors in the Gelly Roll® family. The soft, smooth, opaque ink is perfect for drawing, doodling or illustrating. All colors are bright on white paper and produce excellent effects on black paper, and the fluorescent colors glow under black light. The Sakura Gelly Roll contains a special ink with water-based pigment for bright, vibrant colors that never fade. Thanks to the unique gel ink technology, the ink flow from the pen is always constant, without the need for pressure. Moonlight Gelly Roll pens are available in a collection of 10 vibrant colors.
