Description
The movable jaw of the Mosasaur from the Schleich® DINOSAURS theme world has many pointed teeth. This dinosaur used its mouth to kill prey such as fish and turtles. It opened its mouth wide and bit down powerfully. Due to the shape of its teeth, it could probably only swallow without chewing. The Mosasaur had front and back legs that had evolved into fins, making it well-adapted to its habitat. It also had a large fin at the end of its tail. Schleich figures are always reproduced to scale and are true to life. They are hand-painted so that they always correspond accurately to reality.
