Drainage Your sink faucet is delivered in solid packaging to protect it from transport damage. The packaging is made of recyclable materials. Let the pipe and faucet (hot/cold water supply) run for a while to flush out any contamination (chips and hemp residue). Then, replace the nozzle on the faucet. We do not offer any warranty for improper installation and any resulting damage! After first use, thoroughly check all connections to ensure they are securely tightened. Care Instructions: Sanitary faucets require special care. Therefore, follow these instructions: Chrome-plated surfaces are sensitive to limescale removers, acidic cleaning agents, and all types of abrasives. Never clean colored surfaces with abrasive, corrosive, or alcoholic products. Clean your faucets only with clean water and a soft cloth or chamois. Failure to follow the care instructions may result in surface damage, which will invalidate any warranty claims. Remember to regularly unscrew the spout to remove any limescale and foreign matter. In the event of severe contamination, it is recommended to replace the spout. Maintenance: A cartridge is a replaceable part and may need to be replaced every 1-2 years if the water contains significant limescale or debris. Purchase spare parts from your local retailer. Regularly check all connections for leaks and visible damage. In the event of leaks or visible damage to the fitting or connection hoses, these must be checked immediately by a professional and replaced if necessary. Disassembly: Turn off the water supply before disassembling the product. Pay attention to the outflow of residual water. Warranty. The warranty covers, at our discretion, free repairs or free delivery of spare parts or a product of the same quality upon return of the defective part or product. Replaced products and parts become our property. When returning the product, the purchaser bears the costs and risks of transport. This claim is only applicable to the country in which the faucet was purchased. 4. Warranty Period. The warranty period is stated on the packaging label. If no specific warranty is stated for a specific product, the warranty period is always two years from the date of purchase, with the date on the proof of purchase being binding. For all non-high-gloss chrome surfaces, such as bronzed or colored surfaces, the warranty period is one year, regardless of what is stated on the packaging. The date on the proof of purchase is also binding. The warranty period for the product will not be extended or renewed through warranty services. Warranty services do not limit the warranty period unless there is a case where legal provisions and legal requirements for a limitation exist. 5. German law applies to this warranty, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This warranty card is only valid in conjunction with the original proof of purchase.
