Therefore, follow these instructions: · Chrome-plated surfaces are sensitive to limescale removers, acidic cleaning agents, and all types of abrasives. · Never clean colored surfaces with abrasive, corrosive, or alcohol-based agents. · Clean your faucets only with clean water and a soft cloth or chamois. · Do not allow cleaning agents to enter the cartridge housing, as this may cause the lever to become stiff and noisy. Failure to follow the care instructions may result in surface damage, which will invalidate any warranty claims. Remember to regularly unscrew the nozzle to remove any limescale and foreign matter. In the event of severe contamination, it is recommended to replace the nozzle. Your statutory warranty based on the purchase contract with the seller and your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty. Warranty conditions: 1. Scope of warranty Franz Joseph Schütte GmbH warrants proper material quality and workmanship in accordance with the intended purpose, as well as professional installation, tightness, and function of the single-knob mixing technology. The following are not covered by the warranty: · Corrosion of the nozzle (aerator) · Cartridge · Damage due to incorrect installation, incorrect application, and incorrect use. · Damage due to external influences, such as fire, water, and chemical influences. · Mechanical damage caused by accidents, falls, or other impacts. · Negligence or intentional destruction. · Normal wear and tear or poor maintenance. · Damage due to repairs by an unauthorized person. · Improper handling, insufficient maintenance, and the use of unsuitable cleaning agents. · Chemical or mechanical influences during transport, storage, connection, repairs, and use of the product. 2. Warranty The warranty covers, at our discretion, free repairs or free delivery of replacement parts or a product of the same quality upon return of the defective part or product. If the model in question is no longer produced, we reserve the right to select a replacement product from our range that is most comparable to the returned model. Replaced products and parts become our property. Upon return of the product, the purchaser bears the costs and risks of transport. Reimbursement of costs for disassembly and assembly, inspection, and claims relating to lost profits and damage are excluded from the warranty, as are any further claims relating to damage and losses of any kind caused by the product or its use. 3. Submitting a Warranty Claim The warranty claim must be submitted to Franz Joseph Schütte GmbH along with the original proof of purchase within the warranty period. 4. Warranty Period The warranty period is always the period stated on the label or packaging of each individual product. If no specific warranty is stated for a specific product, the warranty period is always two years from the date of purchase, with the date on the proof of purchase being binding. For all non-high-gloss chrome surfaces, such as bronzed or colored surfaces, the warranty period is one year from the date of purchase, regardless of what is stated on the packaging label. The date on the proof of purchase is also binding in this case. The product warranty period will not be extended or renewed through warranty services. 5. German law applies to this warranty, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This warranty card is only valid in conjunction with the original proof of purchase.
