Installation instructions After installing the faucet, unscrew the spout. Let the pipe and faucet (hot/cold water supply) run for a while to flush out any contamination (chips and hemp residue). Then, replace the spout on the faucet. After first use, thoroughly check all connections. We offer no warranty for improper installation and any resulting damage! Care instructions Sanitary faucets require special care. Therefore, please follow these instructions: Chrome-plated surfaces are sensitive to limescale removers, acidic cleaning agents, and all types of abrasives. Never clean colored surfaces with abrasive, corrosive, or alcohol-based agents. Clean your faucets only with clean water and a soft cloth or chamois. Remember to unscrew the spout regularly to remove any limescale and foreign matter. In case of severe contamination, it is recommended to replace the spout. Maintenance A cartridge is a replaceable part and may need to be replaced every 1-2 years if the water contains a lot of limescale or dirt. The warranty is only valid in the country in which the product was purchased. The warranty includes a 1-year durability warranty on non-high-gloss chrome surfaces, such as bronzed or colored surfaces. The following are not covered by the warranty: Cartridge. Damage due to improper installation, application, or use. Damage due to external influences such as fire, water, and chemical influences. Mechanical damage caused by accidents, falls, or other impacts. Negligence or intentional destruction. Normal wear and tear or defects caused by poor maintenance. Damage due to repairs carried out by unqualified persons. Improper handling, insufficient maintenance, and the use of unsuitable cleaning agents. Chemical or mechanical influences during transport, storage, connection, repairs, and use of the product. 2. Warranty Compliance. The warranty includes, at our discretion, free repairs or free delivery of replacement parts or a product of the same quality upon return of the defective part or product. If the model in question is no longer produced, we reserve the right to select a replacement product from our range that is most similar to the returned model. The warranty period for the product will not be extended or renewed through warranty services.
