The black tread combined with white side walls and reflective stripes not only provide a stylish appearance, but also increase visibility and safety in traffic. This tire is equipped with K-Guard puncture protection, consisting of a layer of natural rubber reinforced with Kevlar® fibers. This provides effective protection against sharp objects and significantly reduces the risk of punctures. In addition, the use of the environmentally friendly Green Compound, a rubber mixture made from renewable and recycled materials, makes this tire a sustainable choice for the conscious cyclist. However, the most striking feature of the Road Cruiser is on the tread and is called Green compound. A rubber with polymers, made from exclusively renewable and recycled raw material, which is of such good quality that we can use this compound for the first time in a conventional bicycle tire. Green compound is only available in the black version.
