Description
The Marathon E-Plus is the new top e-bike band with a modern and dynamic profile design. This tire offers maximum security at higher speeds and long distances. The rubber mixture is of the best marathon quality and meets the highest requirements set for an e-bike band. The tire is suitable for e-bikes up to 50 kilometers per hour and has a maximum load of 136 kg. The Marathon E-Plus is equipped with SmartGuard, the most effective anti-leak layer for bicycle tires. This layer is made of 5 mm Hoogelastic Special Rubber, partly made from recycled rubber. The tire has Schwalbe leak protection level 7 and is extra protected against incisions of sharp objects by the Smart-Dualguard. The band has excellent grip, also at high speeds, thanks to the Addix-E compound. In addition, the Marathon E-Plus drives surprisingly light through the use of high-tech materials. The side wall is equipped with an "anti-aging" layer that can withstand overload for longer due to low tire pressure. The profile design of the e-plus is modern and dynamic, making the tire versatile for tour and draw. The Marathon E-Plus is ECE-R75 certified and suitable for pedelecs with pedal support up to 25 km/h and S-Pedelecs.
