Schwalbe repair cards solve the problem of remembering whose bike belongs to whom and what repairs need to be done. On the front of the card, you can enter the customer's name, phone number, and address (if applicable). Below that, there's space to indicate which repairs need to be done on the bike. You can also enter when the bike was brought in and when it needs to be ready. The customer receives the bottom section of the card, which has a number on it, so they can give the correct bike. This section also serves as proof that the customer has returned the bike.
