The StudioKing SK-BD700 consists of a silver beauty dish (Ø 70 cm) that, in addition to a honeycomb grid, diffuser cloth, and reflector, also comes with a 152mm adapter ring for Falcon Eyes flashes. As the name suggests, a beauty dish allows you to photograph people in the most beautiful way. It provides wide dispersion and beautiful contrast, so that details of a person (think skin tones or muscles) are beautifully highlighted. Compared to a white beauty dish, a silver color makes details stand out even more.

The reflector is attached to the three sticks on the inside of the beauty dish. This reflects and diffuses the light. The honeycomb grid can be used to direct the flash, while the diffuser cloth softens the light. The included adapter ring allows the Beauty Dish to be used with Falcon Eyes 152mm flash units.

Which brands of flashes can I use the beauty dish with?

You can easily use this beauty dish with many different brands using adapter rings, including Bowens, Broncolor, Elinchrom, Falcon Eyes, Hensel, Multiblitz, and Linkstar. Adapter rings are available for all these brands and can be found in the optional accessories. In addition to the 1.52mm adapter rings, you can also connect this beauty dish to adapters with a 144mm diameter. This saves you a considerable amount of money, as you no longer need to purchase the original accessories.
