100% Biobased made from sugarcane The Shanti water bottle is the latest Tacx water bottle that stands out due to its specially developed membrane cap. The cap can be quickly opened or closed with a single movement, making it easy to use during exercise. In the 'open' position, the bottle is continuously ready for use. The special membrane system ensures that the contents do not leak out. Only when the bottle is squeezed does the drink come out, in precisely the desired amount. The Shanti can also be 'locked' by twisting the cap. This bottle is made from 100% biobased material from sugarcane. From the residual material of sugarcane polyethylene that is used for our bottles. This process is much cleaner than conventional methods and has a nice additional benefit: while the sugarcane grows, it extracts CO2 from the air. Biodegradable This bottle is made of polyethylene with a bio-batch additive. This additive changes the molecular structure of the bottle. It has no effect on the use of the bottle until it ends up in a landfill or is left in the forest. At the correct temperature, the bio-batch is activated and the bottle breaks down into water, humus, and gas. The entire composting process takes approximately one to five years.
