The Trixie Protective Collar Polyester/Foam Gray protective cover in size L, measuring 53-56 x 27 cm, prevents dogs from licking stitches, wounds, or skin irritations. Many dogs tend to bite or lick sensitive areas after surgeries and skin problems: this can now be prevented with this handy and comfortable protective collar from Trixie. This collar sits straight to the side instead of facing forward, so it doesn't restrict vision or hearing, and your dog or cat won't bump into things, as was often the case with old-fashioned 'lampshades'. This protective cover is made of polyester with foam rubber, soft materials that ensure great comfort and also allow your dog to lie down, sniff, eat, and drink without any problems.
The sizes of the hood correspond to the circumference of the neck and the single number to the length of the hood.
