This versatile dumbbell set is perfect for training chest muscles, biceps, arm muscles, triceps and back muscles. The set includes eight 2.5 kg weight plates, four 1.25 kg weight plates, and two 2.5 kg dumbbell bars with star locks. The total weight of the set is approximately 30 kg. With this set, users can choose the weights they want to use for different exercises.
The structure of the handles ensures maximum grip so that the dumbbell bar lies firmly in your hands. This dumbbell has star locks to keep the weights in place. This set can be easily combined with our weight benches and other dumbbell sets.
