The filter pump is based on a natural filtration system: water is pumped into a tank with silica sand, which absorbs impurities and particles, thus producing clean water. The strainer basket in front of the filter is an added mechanism that captures larger particles, such as leaves, hair, and debris. It also protects your pump's impeller and helps the pump to run smoothly.

This filter pump has a 7-position valve, which can be set to different settings for filtering pool water, closing (stopping water flow), backwashing (to clean the sand bed), rinsing (for initial setup, cleaning, and sand bed leveling), draining water from the pool, circulating pool water, and winterizing for off-season storage.

Thanks to its reinforced plastic housing, this swimming pool filter pump provides all-weather performance and a long lifespan. The built-in timer allows you to set an automatic operating period. It is suitable for above-ground pools, such as those from Intex and Bestway.
