VidaXL HALKERSET 30 kg

This versatile dumbbell set is perfect for training the chest muscles, biceps, arms, triceps and back muscles. It contains two discs of 5 kg, four discs of 2 kg, four discs of 1.25 kg, a dumbbell rod and two dumbbell dumbbells. The set has a total weight of approximately 30 kg.

With this set the user can choose how much weight he wants to lift for different exercises. The discs are made of cement with a plastic sleeve, they can easily be locked on the barbell with the supplied ferry locks. The weight of each disk is clearly stated on it, for fast and easy identification.
