Cycplus tail light L7 radar

The Cycplus L7 is a smart radar tail light that helps you spot traffic behind you sooner. Using millimeter-wave radar, the L7 detects approaching vehicles up to 160 meters behind you and recognizes relative speeds from 6 to 160 km/h. In combination with a compatible bike computer, you get both visual notifications (position and threat level) and an audible warning, so you have to look over your shoulder less often. For visibility in traffic, the L7 is equipped with extra side LEDs for wide 270° visibility. When a vehicle approaches faster than 20 km/h (relative), the tail light flashes extra fast to warn. In addition, the L7 has a brake light function: an accurate accelerometer recognizes deceleration and makes the light shine brighter for 2 seconds (not in flashing and "breathing" modes). The L7 offers multiple light modes (constant, flashing, breathing, and radar mode) and has a peloton mode that allows lights in a group to synchronize the same flashing frequency. Charging is via USB-C and with the automatic sleep/wake function you save energy: after 3 minutes of inactivity, it goes into sleep mode and becomes active again with movement. Thanks to IPX6 water resistance, the L7 is suitable for use in varying conditions and fits various seatpost shapes (round, D-shape, and aero).
